Been at this Mecca so many times before and always had great experiences, however on Christmas Eve I went in to make some last minute purchases for a few family members and Mariam came right up to me to offer her help. I believe she is a Christmas Casual but you would think she’s worked there for years. She was so attentive and friendly, I felt that she truly cared about the selections I was making, I even joked that I would have to put her name on the gift tags since she helped me so much! It was like shopping together with a friend, she made suggestions and it was perfect for the intended person I was buying for. It’s been a few days since I visited but I’m still thinking about how grateful I am to have met Mariam. Please ensure this review reaches her and that she is recognised for her hard work especially during a very busy period for the business. What an asset and overall lovely and kind-hearted person! Thank you Mariam, my family loved the gifts we picked together x

I was looking for a new concealer to try out and I was fortunate to have come across a worker named Trinity. She was such an amazing girl that was so understanding and helpful. Her colour match was so spot on! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase :)

Alicia made my first visit to Mecca at Liverpool an amazing experience. I must admit, I felt a bit overwhelmed when I walked in, but Alicia's expertise and friendly personality put me at ease right away. She demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of all the products, which was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Alicia's sweet and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I was so impressed with her assistance that I returned for a second visit, and I even brought friends along. I can confidently say that I'll be a repeat customer at Mecca in Liverpool, especially when Alicia is there to assist. She truly made a difference in my shopping experience.

I walked in to Mecca Liverpool today to find some new skincare products. I was greeted by Olive who is an absolute SUPERSTAR!! She went through my skin type, my concerns, product types etc and then found a variety of products she thought would work for me. We sampled them all and I picked out the ones I loved and purchased them. She gave me little samples of the ones I wasn’t sure about and offered to order the ones that were out of stock to get delivered to my house. There was no pressure to purchase any of the products either which made me feel even more comfortable. I am so glad I met Olive and got the chance to learn all about skincare with her during my short visit to the store today. She is very knowledgeable and understands a lot about skin and the products. Thank Olive your a ⭐️!

Noor and marwa were a great help, fell in love with their personalities great workers I felt a little skeptic when I walked in at first but the more they talked and laughed with me the happier I got, for those few minutes I felt like a important person/customer, will definitely be returning.

So happy with the service. I went in and was greeted at the door and asked what I needed. I answered what I was looking for and she called for a makeup artist to come help me. Amira was so helpful she swatched lots of shades to find the perfect match for my skin for multiple products. Thank you Amira!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Macca Maxima with a staff member named ELENI. While checking an eyebrow pencil, I came across a dismissive attitude and felt disrespected during our interaction. Eleni's response was abrupt, She seemed very annoyed, cutting me off with a curt "FINE." Only because I was checking to ensure the product's condition. Later, I learned her name from her colleagues. I really hope that such behavior is addressed through improved training in customer service and empathy. I understand it’s a busy store but customers still deserve to be treated with respect it’s just common human decency.
